Misr Italia Properties is the real estate arm of the company, which develops and manages various projects across Egypt. These projects include residential, commercial, retail, tourism, and industrial properties that cater to different market segments and customer needs.

Compound Il Bosco New Capital is a residential project developed by Misr Italia Group in the heart of the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The project aims to create a world-class living space that combines lush greenery, modern architecture and urban ecology. The project covers an area of 200 acres and offers a variety of units, including apartments, villas, townhouses, twin houses and penthouses.
The project is located in the R7 district, along the Mohamed Bin Zayed Street and overlooking the Green River.
