Description

Sarai is a full-fledged residential community that covers 5.5 million sqm of land and is located on Cairo Suez Road and Al-Amal axis close to the American University in Cairo (AUC), the Ring Road, and the New Administrative Capital. Sarai is part of Al Mostakbal City (Future City), a new urban development that aims to create a sustainable and smart city for the future generations.

Sarai’s master plan was designed by Benoy, a global design brand that has also worked on the Formula One race track.
